Attorney Albert C. Flanders earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated cum laude. The same year, he was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts bar. In January 1997, Albert Flanders was admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Before co-founding Pollack & Flanders, LLP, Attorney Albert Flanders managed the Boston office of Ashcraft and Gerel, LLP, known for outstanding ability in medical malpractice law, asbestos litigation, automobile tort litigation, product liability litigation, and workers' compensation.
Attorney Samuel M. Pollack received his Juris Doctor degree in 1991 from Emory University Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. He was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts bar in 1992, and the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1995.
Prior to co-founding Pollack & Flanders, Attorney Samuel Pollack was the co-founder of Hugo and Pollack in Boston, where he specialized in medical malpractice and personal injury law, as well as pharmaceutical litigation, breast implant litigation, automobile tort litigation, and product liability litigation.
Attorney Michael E. Gallant was born in New York, New York. He attended Fordham University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Catholic University of America in 1995, Mr. Gallant was admitted to the New York Bar in June 1995 and the District of Columbia Bar in December 1996. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Michael Gallant is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the D.C. Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C.
Before joining Pollack & Flanders to open their Washington, D.C., office, Attorney Michael Gallant was a partner of Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP, and Herman, Mathis, Casey, Kitchens & Gerel, LLP. Mr. Gallant has spent the majority of his professional career practicing in the area of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He has been instrumental in pursuing litigation concerning the diet drugs Fen-Phen and Redux®, silicone gel breast implants, the gastroesophageal reflux medication Propulsid®, and hormone replacement therapy Prempro™.
